Robi and Hishab Limited to introduce voice-call based transaction record management solution

PR Picture (2)Dhaka, 24 May 2018: The leading digital service provider of the country, Robi, has recently signed an agreement with Hishab Limited a digital solution provider to provide voice-call based transaction record management solution for the customers.

Robi’s Managing Director and CEO, Mahtab Uddin Ahmed and Hishab’s CEO Zubair Ahmed signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations at the Robi Corporate Office. Robi’s Chief Financial Officer, Roni Tohme and Head of Corporate Strategy, Ruhul Amin were present at the signing ceremony.

Being a voice-call based service, the solution provides a unique opportunity for even an illiterate entrepreneur to manage his/ her business transaction information using the service. The service is expected to be very useful for the NGOs, Microcredit providers as well as any common user. No internet connectivity will be necessary to use this service.

In order to register for the service, one needs to call 16513 and then input the user’s name and address by voice message. Once registered, the users can keep track of their account. The calls will be charged at 60 paisa per minute. Apart from this, customers will not have to pay any additional cost.

Robi’s General Manager, Corporate Strategy, A M Shakhawath Hossain, General Manager, Enterprise Business, Md. Monerul Islam, Manager, Enterprise Business, Md. Imrul Shahid and Specialist, Corporate Strategy, Rebebeka Sultana and Hishab’s Head of Sales Operation, Asif Ahmed were also present on the occasion.
